person injury or discomfort. This type of bullying includes insulting, and intimidating
behaviour.It also involve verbal bullying which include threats, shaming, hostile
teasing, and racism. Harassment constitutes a barrier to equity and equality in the
workplace, it also include bullying. A hostile work environment can be present where
conduct has a negative impact on the employee’s ability to work and/or on their
personal well-being. Therefore the abuse of coercive power and harassment
contribute to the prevalence of workplace bullying through insults and racism.
