This assignment will be focusing on 3 themes, Policy, Management and Regulation. The
structure of this assignment is in sequential order to ensure optimal understanding of the
concepts used and how they link to one another.
In Media Policy and Regulation, the focus is on the ICT policy and its concept as a process.
The policy stage and the current phase of the National Integrated ICT policy will be identified
and discussed. The Media Management’s focus will be on environmental analyses, the
internal and external assessments of an organisation. Then a discussion on the four
components of the SWOT analyses and representation of gays and lesbians, then sexual
orientation will be explored. The next focus will be on Media and HIV and Media and Tourism.
