Instructions:
1. The aim of this portfolio is to test your knowledge according to the learning outcomes of this
module.
2. You need to answer all the questions.
3. Download the portfolio from myModules and save your answer file as
“SMA3701_S2_Assessment_3_Studentnumber_Surname”
4. Portfolios should be typed in Arial, font size 12, with 1.5 line spacing.
5. Although we prefer that you type your assignment, you may submit a handwritten assignment
by printing this document, completing it by hand, scanning it, and uploading it onto
myModules. Please write legibly.
6. In-text citations and a list of references are compulsory, even if you use the study guide and
prescribed textbook. Each additional source that you consult should also be referenced.
7. Referencing should be according to the Harvard referencing method. An example of the
Harvard referencing method is included under Additional Resources, on myModules.
8. Do not copy directly from any source (including your study guide) as Unisa’s plagiarism policy
is applicable to this portfolio. Plagiarism will not be allowed and may result in disciplinary
action.
