Most teachers have the sense to keep their cool and do what they can to get through
the day while staying professional. There are times when that is difficult. Sometimes
we feel on the verge of totally losing it. But there are strategies teachers can use to

ADOPTING A POSITIVE MINDSET CAN LEAD TO DESIRABLE
RESULTS. "THE EFFECT OF ONE'S ATTITUDE ON MANAGING
CHALLENGING CIRCUMSTANCES CAN PROVE TO BE A
SIGNIFICANT MITIGATING FACTOR. "

TOWARDS MORE PRODUCTIVE AND POTENTIALLY IMPACTFUL
ENDEAVORS.

SLEEP INTO ONE'S SELF-CARE REGIMEN IS OF UTMOST
IMPORTANCE.

classroom.
THE NEGATIVE DISPLAYS OF ANGER BY EDUCATORS IN THE
CLASSROOM MAY HOLD NOTEWORTHY IMPLICATIONS ON THE
EMOTIONAL AND ACADEMIC EVOLUTION OF THEIR PUPILS. SEVERAL
PROBABLE OUTCOMES EXIST AS POTENTIAL CONSEQUENCES:
➢ FEAR AND ANXIETY MAY ARISE IN STUDENTS DUE TO NEGATIVE
ANGER BEHAVIOURS EXHIBITED BY THE TEACHER, LEADING
THEM TO EITHER DEVELOP AN AVERSION TOWARDS THE
TEACHER OR COMPLETELY AVOID THEIR PRESENCE. THE
PRESENCE OF FEAR AND ANXIETY IS LIKELY TO ADVERSELY
AFFECT THE EAGERNESS OF THE INDIVIDUALS TO ENGAGE IN
VARIOUS ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES, THEREBY CULMINATING IN A
DECLINE IN THEIR ACADEMIC ACCOMPLISHMENTS.
➢ THE PRESENCE OF NEGATIVE ANGER BEHAVIOURS HAS THE
PROPENSITY TO ENGENDER AN UNFAVORABLE LEARNING
MILIEU, WHEREIN STUDENTS MAY EXPERIENCE UNSAFETY,
INTIMIDATION, OR A LACK OF HOSPITALITY. THE MANIFESTATION
OF INCREASED STRESS AND FRUSTRATION CAN EXERT A
DELETERIOUS INFLUENCE ON THE EFFICACY OF ONE'S
LEARNING PROCESS.
