1. Identifiseer duidelik wat die probleem of taak is.

b. Die toepassing van funksies en formules

4. Kombineer die inligting en kennis wat verkry is om ‘n verslag te skep.
5. Stel die mense wat besluite moet neem in staat om ‘n ingeligte besluit
te neem deur ‘n akkurate, volledige en relevante verslag op te stel.
