verbal communication – this is a communication that takes
place when people speak to each other, either face to face or
telephonically.
nonverbal communication – a communication that uses body
language, it includes facial expressions, posture, eye contact,
hand movements, and touch.
written communication – communication that takes place
through writing, this includes email, a report, a social media
post, a letter or a contract.
visual communication – this is the communication that you can
either listen to or watch, it includes television, social media
platforms and radios.
Active listening – this is the communication where you show a
person that through eye contact that you are paying attention
to everything that they say.
Maypole – It is a communication where interaction gets
