that learners use in schools. Mention two devices that are most suitable to

so by talking and writing. This is called communication. In this technological
era, critically explain how the internet can be used as a source of learning for

for people because they make them understand things in a systematic way.
Furthermore, they help people to solve mysteries theoretically. (i) List two
proponents of each of the following theories: • Libertarianism or free press •
Social responsibility, and • Soviet media communist (6) (ii) State two main
views for each of the theories mentioned above. (6) (iii) Identify two
advantages of each of these theories. (6) (iv) Mention two disadvantages of
each of these theories. (6) (v) Of the three theories stated above, which one
