Summary of the Facts:
The case of Foskor Limited v Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration
and Others involves a dispute between Foskor Limited, an employer, and the
Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) and its employees.
Foskor Limited is a mining company that operates in South Africa. The employees,
