1 Online advertising: Briefly differentiate between affiliate, reciprocal and viral
marketing, then justify which of these approaches you think the SMME should
implement. Based on your suggestion, you must make specific recommendations on

2 E-commerce website: Identify the functional web pages of an e-commerce website.

3 Mobile marketing: Advise the SMME on how to enhance the potential of mobile
marketing to expand its business. Refer to the categories of mobile marketing channels
and make specific recommendations in terms of which mobile marketing channels (at
least four) may be best suited to the SMME, and how the business can use those
mobile marketing channels to maximise its exposure and reach.
