Ik heb voor dit keuzendeel gekozen omdat ik zelf ook veel bezig ben met mijn gewicht/ mijn
leefstijl. Ik ben zelf wel een fanatiek sporter geweest voor dat ik moeder werd, De
sportschool zei toen, je kan wel heel actief gaan sporten maar als je naast sporten blijft
snoepen zal je niet je doel behalen. Ik ben me toen daar meer in gaan verdiepen en kwam
mooie alternatieven tegen om te snacken. Want ja je bent een snoeper of niet. Ik wil graag
leren hoe ik de basis kan aan bieden en toepassen op het kinderdagverblijf voor kinderen en
ouders door middel van dit keuze deel. Tijdens het lezen van het verslag kom je erachter hoe
ik een leefstijl analyse heb gedaan bij de peuters en welke activiteiten we heb bedacht
