Voorwoord
Mijn naam is Wendy van den Heuvel. Augustus 2019 ben ik van start gegaan met de opleiding HBO
Bachelor Social Work met het uitstroomprofiel jeugd. Zelf ben ik werkzaam momenteel werkzaam bij de
gemeente Tilburg, zorg & veiligheidshuis team CAS. Hier komen alle complexe casussen binnen waarbij de
hulpverlening stagneert. Wij brengen het systeem in kaart en coördineren het hulpverleningstraject waarbij
patronen doorbroken worden. Hierbij komt een groot diversiteit een ziektebeelden en problematieken aan
bot.
Betreffend moduleopdracht is de moduleopdracht social work en maatschappij. Dit examen opdracht is
onderdeel van de opleiding HBO Bachelor Social Work met het uitstroomprofiel jeugd.
Mijn dank gaat uit naar mijn man voor zijn betrokkenheid in het gezin en mij. Dit omdat hij mij de kans en
ruimte geeft om deze studie te volgen en te behalen.
