Assignment 2

Task 1
P2
As part of my report I have been exploring the different mobile companies, their offers and
services given to the public.

Three is a telecommunication and internet company that operates in the UK, it was launched
in 2003 as the UK’s first commercial video mobile network.

Three carries around the 40% of the UK’s mobile date traffic, which suggest it is one of the
most used companies by the UK population, three has also been voted as the most reliable
network for mobile internet, offering 4G services at no extra cost. The major selling point of
three are the cheap calls they offer, some of the UK’s most generous date allowances and free
overseas in 42 different countries with feel at home, so it would worry the customers with the
bill at the end of the month.

One example a of three offer is the offer of a Samsung Galaxy A3 2016 with unlimited minutes
and texts and 4 GB of date for the price of 1 GB just for £22.00 per month with a total cost of
£528.00. This offer could increase the number of clients getting this plan because they are
offering a new device with a lot of benefits and services for a low cost.

O2 is a telecommunication service provider operating in the United Kingdom and owned by
the Spanish company Telefonica, it the second largest mobile company in the UK after EE.

competitive prices.

An O2 offer example is the offer of an iPhone 5s with unlimited minutes and texts to any other
mobile company and 5GB of date with $149.99 upfront cost and a total cost of £749.99. This
offer is so accessible to customers providing a good phone and unlimited text and minutes for
a person that makes a lot of calls and sends a lot of SMSs to other persons that doesn’t belong
to the same mobile company.

Vodafone is a British multinational telecommunication company with headquarters in London.
