Introduction:
The human resources of an organisation are the most important and most expensive resources
that it needs in order to achieve the strategic objectives of the organisation. An organisation's

discusses the view of socio-economics and the neglect thereof at Zen Paper, the violation of the
psychological contract and the type of violation which are applicable to the case study. Lastly,
utilitarianism and the concept of justice were discussed as well as the ethical issues related to
these two concepts in the case study.
