Globalization is the trend toward a more integrated/ interconnected global
economic system. You can separate this in the globalization of markets and
the globalization of products.
The bright side of globalization:

Organizational behavior is an interdisciplinary science concerned with the
study of the behavior of organizations. As well as with the factors that
determine this behavior, and the manner in which organizations can be
directed with the maximum effectiveness.
Descriptive aspect > This is the description of the behavior of
organizations.
Prescriptive aspect> this is the advice about recommended
organizational design and the course of action
