Bloedsomloop
Hoeveel bloed pomp je in 1 uur rond? 5 liter per minuut. Dit is 300 liter per uur. Je hebt
een linkerkant en een rechterkant.
Het hart is een variabele pomp
• In rust: 4-5 liter per minuut
• Bij inspanning: 25-30 liter per minuut
Cardiac output (CO)
- CO is het hartminuutvolume (HMV).
- De CO is de hoeveelheid bloed die per minuut vanuit het linkerventrikel de
aorta in stroomt.
- De CO van de linkerkamer is gelijk aan die van de rechterkamer.
- CO= slagvolume (SV) x hartfequentie (HF)
o SV = de hoeveelheid bloed dat een kamer per keer uitpompt (stroke
volume)
o HF = slagen per minuut
- Per minuut gaat er 10 liter uit het hart: 5 liter aan de linkerkant en 5 liter aan de
rechterkant
