‣ Via pulmonalisklep naar truncus pulmonalis (—> long)
• Vertrekt ventraal v aorta
• Naar dorsaal langs links
• Splits in: A. Pulmonalis sinister en dexter (gaan naar linker en rechter long)
• A. Pulmonalis dexter:
‣ Langs dorsaal om aorta en v. Cava superior heen
‣ Craniaal van linker atrium
• Enig moment arterie met O2 - arm bloed
• In longen gebeurt gaswisseling
