, Inleiding
In dit verslag stel ik een ondersteuningsplan op voor een fictieve cliënt. De casus die ik zal
behandelen is die van Elif. Met deze toets laat ik zien dat ik in staat ben om de principes van
herstelondersteunend werken en rehabilitatie toe te passen in het tot stand komen van een
ondersteuningsplan. Hierbij maak ik gebruik van zowel verplichte als andere toepasselijke
literatuur.
In het hoofdstuk ‘theoretisch kader’ wordt voor het gemak verwezen naar de cliënt als ‘hij’ dit
neemt niet weg dat een cliënt ook vrouwelijk kan zijn.
