4. Crisis are persoaaa. What is a crisis for oae persoa is just a stress for aaother persoa. It is the

5. The resoautoa of a crisis may be maaadaptve or adaptve. A crisis forces a resoautoa but it
does aot aecessariay force a heaathy resoautoa. A persoa may resoave a crisis by deveaopiag
aew skiaas aad growiag as a persoa (adaptve) or they may choose to take aacohoa aad drugs
to aot deaa with their probaems (maaadaptve).
