Initiation:
The project is formulated and defined here. It involves determining the project's goals,
stakeholders, and purpose.
The scope, goals, and viability of the project are among its key activities.


Planning:
After the project's continuation is approved in accordance with the business case, statement
of work, or project commencement agreement, the planning phase will begin. This stage of
the management life cycle will involve breaking this enormous project down into smaller
tasks.
Creating a plan for assignment completion and team building are also important. Within the
larger project, set more achievable goals and make sure each can be finished within the
allotted time. Smaller objectives need to have a strong likelihood of success.


Execution:
During the project management and monitoring phase, controls and primary performance
indicators are set up to assess how successfully the project is being implemented.
Controlling and monitoring the project is essential to ensure that it will be carried out as
planned in terms of schedule, scope, and financial baselines.

System Architect: System architect is responsible for Computer and networking system
configuration, management, development, and upkeep. They offer recommendations on
how to best integrate IT systems and networks to achieve departmental, corporate, or
functional goals in addition to analysis of planned procedures and outcomes.
