1.Introduction.
Education and training are highly valued in our society as a whole. The essay
provides examples from the virtual worlds of training, education, and learning,
explaining each one's definition, analysing its relevance, highlighting its pros and
cons within the larger context of human resources role in the public sector. I'll provide
relevant instances to back up my claims.
2. What is Virtual world of training , education and learning.
The term "virtual world training, education, and learning" refers to the process of
using virtual environments to offer engaging and interactive training and learning
experiences. Calonge( 2008) state that ‘’ Virtual worlds are engaging, stimulating
spaces where students can meet online for normal class activities, including lectures,
discussions, case studies, projects, papers, exams, and labs’’.
3. Examples of the Virtual world of education, training and learning.
3.1. Mobile learning
According to Ozdamli and Cavus (2011:938), mobile learning is a type of learning
model that allows students to access learning materials from anywhere and at any
time by utilizing mobile devices and the internet. Mobile learning can take occur in
any location, at any time, including traditional learning spaces such as classrooms,
as well as workplaces, at home, at community locations, and in transit. Mobile
technologies include mobile phones, smartphones, and etc ( Hashemi, Azizinezhad,
Najafi & Nesari 2011:2478).
In the context of the public sector's human resource’s function, mobile learning is
particularly important due to its capacity to enhance skills and offer flexible learning.
When it comes to providing a flexible learning environment, it enables workers to
collaborate with their coworkers who are based in offices and to learn at their own
pace and location of choice. People will be able to choose the kind of material that
best suits their needs thanks to this. It will help to make the workforce more effective.
The talents it teaches employees are equally important, these can help them build
new skills that they can apply in the workplace. It will motivate students to achieve
