learners as well as the physical, social and cognitive development
characteristics of experiences by adolescents at each of these stages.
Early Adolescence (10-13 years):
Physical Development: This stage is marked by rapid physical changes, such as the onset of puberty, growth
spurts, and hormonal fluctuations.
Social Development: Adolescents in this stage are beginning to form their identities and seek peer acceptance.
They may experience conflicts with authority figures as they assert their independence.
