A. Improving Instructional Practice by Implementing a PGP

I can improve my instructional practice by increasing my students' academic and

nonacademic success by implementing a professional growth plan. Through creating and

implementing a PGP, I can regularly evaluate my effectiveness as a teacher and make

adjustments as needed, similar to how formative assessment for students operates. Once I

realize something is missing or not working, I can shift the focus of my efforts to mitigate it. A
