1. Create the Google Drive Folder:
o Log in to your Google Drive account.
o Click on "New" and select "Folder."
o Name the folder according to the assignment instructions, for example,
12345678_CBC1501_Assessment 2_2024_S2 (replace 12345678 with
your actual student number).
2. Create the Google Document:
o Inside the folder you just created, click on "New" again, and this time
select "Google Docs."
o Use Google Docs to type out your entire Assessment 2 assignment.
3. Share the Folder and Document:
o For the Google Drive Folder:
Right-click on the folder you created, select "Get link," and change
the link sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view."
Copy the link.
o For the Google Document:
Open the Google Document, click on "Share," and again change
the link sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view."
Copy the link.
4. Include the Links in Your Submission:
o After typing out your assignment in Google Docs, download the document
as a PDF.
o Open the PDF document and insert the links to both the Google Drive
folder and the Google Doc at the beginning of the document.
o Save and submit this PDF document on Moodle.
5. Check the Links:
o Ensure that the links you provided are working correctly and that the
document and folder are accessible.
