Drug used to treat osteoporosis, bone loss, hypocalcemia, and jaw necrosis. Human monoclonal
antibody that prevents osteoclast development after 6 months of injection. - Denosumab
SE: joint and muscle pain
CI: hypocalcemia. Avoid use with cancer, immunosuppressants and steroids.

Drug used to treat opioid addiction, nausea, and moderate pain. Used with naloxone. Similar but safer
than methadone. Opioid receptor modulator class. - Buprenorphine
SE: nausea, vomiting, cognitive issues, low libido, urinary retention, mitosis, dependence.
CI: pregnancy, respiratory depression, GI obstruction, abrupt withdrawal.

Drug used to treat muscle spasms and migraine. Prevents Ach release, causes flaccid paralysis. -
Botulinum toxin
SE: unintended paralysis.
