1.1 Transformational Leadership
Transformational leadership is a leadership style where leaders inspire and motivate
their team members to achieve their fullest potential and embrace change. This involves
creating a compelling vision, fostering a positive culture, and encouraging innovation
while focusing on the personal and professional development of team members.
1.2 Charismatic Leadership
Charismatic leadership is characterized by a leader's ability to attract, inspire, and
energize their followers through their personality, charm, and persuasive
communication. Charismatic leaders often have a strong presence and are skilled at
connecting with others on an emotional level, which can create a loyal following.
1.3 Comparison of Transformational and Charismatic Leadership
Transformational leadership focuses on inspiring and developing followers to exceed
their own self-interests for the good of the group, creating a vision for the future, and
implementing change through collaborative effort. In contrast, charismatic leadership
relies on the leader's personal appeal and ability to influence followers primarily through
