Semester 2 2024 - DUE 24 October 2024; 100% TRUSTED
Complete, trusted solutions and explanations.
The purpose of a pitch is to tell your story in an organised way
that is understandable to your audience. You are required to
come up with a pitch for your innovative idea. Your idea needs
to be innovative. Refer to section 9.6.2.2 AND 9.6.2.3 of your
prescribed textbook and ensure that you have addressed each of
the points on what to do before and during the pitch. Therefore,
your answer should be in two parts: before the pitch (how you
prepare) and the actual pitch (your presentation). Your
presentation should be in the form of a PowerPoint presentation
(document converted to pdf) lasting no more than 10 minutes
when presented orally (therefore you are required to practise
your pitch before submission).
Here’s a guide to crafting your pitch, divided into two parts as
required: before the pitch (preparation) and the actual pitch
(presentation).
Part 1: Before the Pitch (Preparation)
1. Know Your Audience:
o Understand who you will be presenting to. Are they
investors, potential clients, or collaborators? Tailor
your content to their interests, needs, and level of
understanding of your innovative idea.
