• Note that this is a open-book examination.
• Answer ALL the questions.
• There are two sections:
• Section A: Introduction to Classroom
Management
• Section B: Introduction to Education Law
• Answer ALL the questions.
2. You are allowed to access your prescribed works and
the study material. You are however not allowed to
copy verbatim from your study material. You should
provide answers in your own words. In the case of
any cheating or plagiarism, no mark will be
allocated.

3. The exam can be downloaded on 05 OCTOBER
2023 at 05 OCTOBER 2023, 12:45 and must be
uploaded by 05 OCTOBER 2023, 16:45 Should
you complete your exam before the official
completion time, please commence the uploading of
your exam answer file immediately, do not wait for
the session to conclude.
4. The system will close at 16:45 on 05 OCTOBER
2023 (South African time) and all late submissions
will be rejected. NO LATE EXAM ANSWER
FILES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
5. We prefer that you type your exam answers and then
upload your exam answer file as a single PDF
document on the myExams platform. Incorrect
answer scripts and/or submissions made on
unofficial examinations platforms will not be
marked and no opportunity will be granted for
resubmission
