* Internal customs duties and dues were abolished and uniform system of weights and measures
was adopted.
* French taken as common language of the Nation.
* TO liberate people of Europe from despotism (absolute power or a march power).
When news spreads different citizens of Europe: -
* Students and other members of educated middle classes began setting up the Jacobin clubs (the
group of people joined together for revolution).
*Then this Jacobin club people who become the French army, started to move into holland, Belgium,
Switzerland and much in Italy in the time of 1790's -> BY carrying the idea of Nationalism abroad.

Napoleon, who was the leader of the French armies, the napoleon set about introducing many of the
reforms that he had already introduced in France.
*He returned to monarchy, destroyed democracy in France, but in the administrative field, he had
