KOYO’s management of international employee transfers can be understood as part of

The company used three different approaches
1. Expatriation (Bringing an expert from the headquarters): They transferred an

the host region's culture.
Familiarity with the local market: Regional hires typically have a
good understanding of the local market, regulations, and customer
expectations.
