related to company operations, projects, client details, and other sensitive data."
Outcomes of Breaking Policy
The current policy is unclear about what happens if someone breaks the social media
guidelines. Adding a clause about disciplinary actions for not following the rules would
make it more effective. The policy might say: "If this policy is violated, it could lead to
disciplinary actions like warnings, suspension, or even termination, depending on how
serious the violation is."
Learning and Assistance on Using Social Media Responsibly
Regular training for employees on responsible social media use and clarifying the
policy’s scope can help improve compliance. One idea could be: "The company plans
