identify and assess stakeholders’ expectations with a vested interest in a project.
-The project management team oversees the renovation process, working with contractors,
suppliers and designers to ensure projects are completed on time, with budget, and in line
with Nando’s brand standards.
-The project management team leads these technology -driven projects, working with IT
professionals and external vendors to integrate new systems, train staff and ensure a
seamless transition to digital platform.

The project management team worked on selecting suitable locations, securing permits and
licences, and establishing supply chains to ensure a successful expansion and each
international expansion project required meticulous planning and coordination to adapt to
local cultures and preferences while maintaining the essence of Nando’s brand and product
offerings.

To strengthen its presence and engage customers Nando’s continuously invests in brand
development and marketing campaigns. The project management team collaborates with
marketing professionals to develop and execute these campaigns, ensuring effective
communication and successful implementation across various channels by highlighting

study. What similarities and differences do you observe, and what insights can you draw from this
comparison to inform your future project management practices? (10)

I don’t have experience but according to what I have studied in project management, the
Scope management ensure the project includes all the work required, and only the work
required for completing the project successfully and project needs to include stakeholders,
anyone that is involved and affected by the results of a project. Nando’s involved all the
stakeholders that are affected by the result of the project, staff, customers, suppliers, vendors
and project management team.
Communication plan
One of the similarities between project management and Nando’s case study is the
importance on how information was communicated to stakeholders throughout the project
and who will be receiving the communication, how these people will receive it, when they ‘ll
receive it and how often they should expect to receive that information.
Project constraint
Apart from the similarities from both parties Nando’s case study and project management, is
managing a constraint in a project, that are limiting factors to the project that can impact
quality, delivery and overall project success.
