This paper consists of 22 pages.

Instructions:

1. The examination consists of Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs) only.
2. The examination question paper counts 100 marks and consists of 50 multiple-choice
questions, each worth 2 marks. Answer all the questions.
3. The duration of the examination is 2 hours. You will be given an additional thirty (30) minutes
after the official examination period ends to upload your responses on the myUnisa platform
for further processing.
4. This is a closed-book examination. During the examination, consulting another person or any
source to assist with answering the questions in this paper is prohibited. You are also not
allowed to assist another student with their answers.
5. Remember to complete the honesty declaration.
6. The answers to this MCQ examination must be submitted online via myUnisa. The Unisa MCQ
App cannot be used for examination submissions.
7. Follow these steps to submit your answers:

7.1. Access myUnisa at https://my.unisa.ac.za/portal and log in with your student number and
myUnisa password.

7.2. Click on the “myAdmin” tab in the top navigation bar.

7.3. In the “Assessments” submenu, select the “Assessment Info” tool from the drop-down list.

o A list of all available assessments will display.
o Locate the examination assessment number for your module.
o Click on the “Submit” link in the Action column and follow the steps outlined below.

Step 1: Enter the total number of questions required for the assessment.

o Input the total number of questions for your assessment in the "Number of Questions" field.
o Click on the "Continue" button.

options next to it. Each row represents a question in your assessment.
o Select the radio button (small circle) next to the answer for each question.

o To restart the assessment, click "Clear Form" to remove all selections and start again.

Step 3: Verify the answers to your multiple-choice assessment.

This screen shows a summary of all your answers for final review.

o Click "Continue" to submit your assessment. If you do not click Continue, your submission will
not be completed.
o To modify your answers, click "Back" to return to the previous step.

Step 4: Assessment submission report

This screen confirms that your answers were submitted successfully. If you do not see this
screen, Unisa has not received your submission.

o It is recommended to print this page or capture a screenshot as proof. A copy of this page will
also be sent to your myLife email.
