Question 1
I have worked in various organizational settings and I am thus interested in how
organisational assessment can enhance various organizational processes. I interviewed
someone I know who works in the organizational development sector and performs
organizational assessments for various clients. Her work experience provided invaluable
insight into the processes involved in organisational assessment.
Question 2
She founded her own HR-based company which assists organisations in organizational
development. According to the interviewee, her services are aimed at reducing the risk
associated with appointing the wrong people in organisations. She has consultations with
managers of corporations to gain some insight into what issues the companies are facing.

intervention required.
Question 3
