 A research proposal is a written document outlining a proposed research project.
 The proposal explains:

WHAT the project is about, WHY the project is important and HOW the project would be conducted.

 The aim of a research proposal is to allow for the project to be evaluated before the researcher embarks on
the study

why we present a research proposal. The actual research, in the case of this module, is purely theoretical.
