, How to do well in SOC1001F

• Read: Do not rely on the lectures; make sure that you do the
reading
• Think: Think about the content of the lectures and the readings;
discuss it with other students
• Write: Start writing your capstone assignment long in advance;
you will find that writing helps you to sort out your ideas and to
make more sense of the content; the tutorial assignments are
designed to assist with this
• Engage: With other students, with your tutor, and with me
(through my online consultation sessions)

How well you do is up to you, it is in your hands
