INTRODUCTION
BlueSkies Airlines, a low-cost airline established in 2012, has successfully competed in the highly
competitive airline industry. However, as the company expanded, outdated processes and
challenges surfaced, prompting a proactive approach to organizational development (OD). To
address these issues, BlueSkies partnered with OD Consulting Ltd. to assess the company’s
strengths, weaknesses, and areas requiring transformation. With a company culture that embraces
continuous improvement, the entire workforce supported this change initiative. The OD team, in
collaboration with key stakeholders, began a large-scale intervention to gather data through the
Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument, interviews, and focus groups. This data provided
valuable insights that guided the development of an action plan aimed at enhancing performance.
This assignment explores the critical aspects of data analysis, interventions, change management
strategies, and institutionalization processes needed to ensure effective implementation and
sustainability of the organizational changes at BlueSkies Airlines
