BlueSkies Airlines, a low-cost airline established in 2012, has successfully
competed in the highly competitive airline industry. However, as the company
expanded, outdated processes and challenges surfaced, prompting a proactive
approach to organizational development (OD). To address these issues, BlueSkies
partnered with OD Consulting Ltd. to assess the company’s strengths,
weaknesses, and areas requiring transformation. With a company culture that
embraces continuous improvement, the entire workforce supported this change
initiative. The OD team, in collaboration with key stakeholders, began a large-scale
intervention to gather data through the Organizational Culture Assessment
Instrument, interviews, and focus groups. This data provided valuable insights that
