This assignment is geared towards the 4 skills and improving students' reading ability. I chose to focus on a pisto recipe as a material for the students to study because it forms a part of the culture of Spain. The lesson plan is 60 minutes long and best suited to B2 Upper Intermediate students. I completed this assignment in 2022.
